Step out onto the South West Coast Path directly (0.1mi). Walk down to Gyllyngvase beach in minutes (0.3mi). Falmouth's harbour, restaurants and galleries are a short walk further (1.0mi). St Ives (27mi), the Lizard (24mi), Padstow (39mi) and Newquay (24mi) are all comfortable days out.

Private off-street parking for one car, right by the door, plus an EV charging point.

Are there steps?

A few up from the parking area to the front door. Once you are inside it is all on one level with no internal stairs.

What about laundry and bikes?

The garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, plus secure bike storage with an e-bike charging point, beach chairs and outdoor gear.
