Blue Hills offer a stylish and cosy one bedroom detached annexe apartment, (30 square meters). Perfect for up to two guests. 

Enjoy a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an airy open plan kitchen and living space with vaulted ceilings and skylight windows.

Step out onto your private patio and spacious terrace overlooking tranquil sea and garden views. 

The property includes secure parking and an EV charging point for added convenience.

 

Beneath the terrace, the garage offers practical extras to enhance your stay.

With a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer as well as a selection of patio and beach furniture including sun loungers - perfect for seaside days.

There is also dedicated storage for bicycles and sports gear, along with an electric bike charging point.

Friendly and welcoming Blue Hills is designed as a peaceful adult only retreat.  We are unable to accommodate pets, ensuring a restful experience for all our guests.

 

Arrivals are welcome from 3.00pm onwards.

Guests are kindly asked to check out by 10.00am on the day of departure.

To ensure your safety and peace of mind, the apartment features a smoke and heat detector which is tested regularly.  There is no carbon monoxide detector as the property operates without a gas supply.  

The apartment has up to date electrical certification.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations

 

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance due 28 days before commencement of the reservation. 

Guests who cancel at least 28 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

If the balance payment is not received or cancellation occurs in the 28 days prior to arrival, any monies paid are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the period.

 

​Electric Vehicle Charging & Parking

Parking is included on the gated private driveway by the apartment.

Type 2 charging cables are required.  Usage charge is 50p per kw.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

 

 

Data Privacy

All personal details that you give to us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer's details  to any outside organisation.
