Blue Hills Apartment is for a maximum of two guests providing one bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, open plan vaulted fully equipped kitchen/living space with large velux windows, 50"smart tv, free wiFi, iron & ironing board, sea view terrace, gardens, parking and EV charging.
Large garage space beneath the terrace with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, patio furniture and deck chairs and beach furniture. Space for cycle and sports equipment storage. Electric cycle charge point in the garage.
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and checkout is 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The rental agreement is exclusive to the original hirer and may not be assigned.
The apartment is an adults only, no smoking and pets are not accepted.
Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The balance of the hire charge will be due 30 days before commencement of the reservation. Once this balance is paid, it is non-refundable.
Reminders will be issued automatically.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive full refund of the amount paid.
If the balance payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival or cancellation occurs in less than 30 days before arrival, any monies paid are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property. If we are successful in re-letting the property, all monies will be repaid less a small administration fee.
Electric Vehicle Charging & Parking
Parking is included on the gated private driveway by the apartment.
Type 2 charging cables are required Usage charges apply.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Data Privacy
All personal details that you give to us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer's details to any outside organisation.
