Blue Hills is for a maximum of two guests providing a modern one bedroom detached apartment. Separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Open plan vaulted fully equipped kitchen and living area. Patio and large terrace with sea and garden views. Gardens, parking and EV charge point..
Garage beneath the terrace with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, patio furniture, deck chairs and beach furniture to borrow. Cycle and sports equipment storage space. Electric cycle charge point.
Check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and checkout on the day of departure by 10am.

​​Adults only. Non smoking. No dogs.
​The apartment is fitted with a smoke/heat detector which is tested regularly. There is no carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply.
​The apartment has up to date electrical certification.
​
Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance due 21 days before commencement of the reservation.
Guests who cancel at least 28 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
If the balance payment is not received or cancellation occurs in the 21 days prior to arrival, any monies paid are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the period.
​Electric Vehicle Charging & Parking
Parking is included on the gated private driveway by the apartment.
Type 2 charging cables are required. Usage charge is 50p per kw.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Data Privacy
All personal details that you give to us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer's details to any outside organisation.
