Garage/Utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer as well as a selection of patio and beach furniture including sun loungers.

Dedicated storage for bicycles and sports equipment. 

Adults only retreat. 

We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

Arrivals are welcome from 3.00pm.

Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.

The apartment features a smoke and heat detector which is tested regularly.  There is no carbon monoxide detector as the property operates without a gas supply.  

The apartment has up to date electrical certification.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations

 

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance due 28 days before commencement of the reservation. 

Guests who cancel at least 28 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

If the balance payment is not received or cancellation occurs in the 28 days prior to arrival, any monies paid are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the period.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

All personal details that you give to us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer's details  to any outside organisation.
