Blue Hills Falmouth – Adults‑Only Coastal Apartment with Parking & Sea‑View Terrace
Blue Hills Apartment is a modern, adults‑only holiday retreat in Falmouth on the south‑west coast of Cornwall.
Guests can enjoy a large private terrace with peaceful garden views and sea views available exclusively from the terrace. The property includes secure gated parking and an EV charging point (Type 2 lead required, 50p per kW).
A separate garage/utility area provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, and a selection of patio and beach furniture, including sun loungers. There is also dedicated storage for bicycles and sports equipment, ideal for active guests exploring Cornwall’s coastline.
We welcome arrivals from 3:00pm, and departure is by 10:00am.
Please note: this is an adults‑only apartment, and we are unable to accept pets.
Safety features include regularly tested smoke and heat detectors. The property is fully electric with no gas supply, and all electrical certification is up to date..
Payment Schedule and Cancellation Terms
To secure the reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment of the deposit also confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days before arrival.
Once the balance has been paid, it becomes non‑refundable.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check‑in will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
If the balance is not received by the due date, or if cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, any monies paid are non‑refundable unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

All personal details that you give to us are securely stored. We do not supply or sell customer's details to any outside organisation.
